Integration & Architecture Lead, Hybris Re-platform at TK Maxx

TJX Europe, the off-price retailer behind TK Maxx, was re-platforming its European eCommerce operation onto SAP Hybris. The programme had to connect with a complex estate of existing TJX systems in Europe and the US, and lay the foundation for expanding further TJX brands into the European market.

I was engaged by DigitasLBi to oversee integration, solution and infrastructure architecture, security and data migration.

The programme proved challenging. Organisational upheaval following Publicis Groupe’s takeover of the agency disrupted delivery, and the project was ultimately transferred to Deloitte. I was retained through the transition, providing continuity across integration with TJX’s systems on both sides of the Atlantic, architecture, security and data migration, and saw the programme through to launch.

The platform launched successfully, giving TJX a scalable foundation for growing its brands across Europe.
