CTO, Project Manager & Software Developer

Fractional CTO & Mobile App Consultant with 20+ years in software development and delivery. I help startups build, scale and ship mobile apps as CTO & lead developer. Leading remote teams from architecture through App Store launch and beyond.

As an agentic software developer working in Swift and Python, I combine hands-on iOS app & python development with the technical leadership early-stage companies need. I specialise in video-based apps, and I’m a named co-inventor on US Patent 11,582,523 for synchronised multi-video playback and voting. I’ve scaled mobile apps past 50,000 users and worked with startups that raised over US$5M.

As a Project Manager, I’ve led large-scale IT transformations in Finance and Retail/eCommerce with teams of 50+ developers, so I’m comfortable bridging founders, investors and engineering teams.

Whether you need a fractional CTO to guide your startup’s first iOS app or an interim CTO to steady a growing remote team, I can help.

In my free time I experiment with robotics.
